The flowchart below shows the process involved in completing the work
experience requirement for university students.

The diagram illustrates six required steps to fulfill the work
experience requirement for university students. Overall, a student has to
complete all these steps, starting with applying stage and finishing with
final reports, to get a credit from university.
Looking at the flowchart in details, at the first stage named
Application, students need to list out several suitable workplaces and
apply for offices which he or she is interested in. When the students
receive acceptance letters from companies, at the second stage, they have
to deliver it to their professor immediately in order to get approval.
After that, a rigorous schedule should be arranged by students to ensure
that the amount of working hours needed is at least 10 hours per week over
20-week period.
During the process of gaining working experience, the students must hand
in their reports every Friday at the Reports step. Then they need to take
part in evaluation meeting with their supervisors at work and receive
Evaluation Form from those. The final step called Final Report requires
students to submit their results before the end of the spring term.
