Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you left the plane, you left a bag. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel.
Write a letter to the airline. Explain what has happened, describe the bag and its contents and say what you would like them to do about it.

Dear Sir,
I’m writing this email to ask for your help.
I was a passenger on the flight numbered VN101 from Ho Chi Minh to London on 23[rd] December 2016. I was too rushed off the plane to avoid a long queue for immigration procedure and only realized that I left my bag on the plane until I checked in my hotel. It was a black backpack with an adjustable shoulder strap which was tagged with my full name. If you could find my bag, you would see that I did store a small notebook in a black laptop case and a gift wrapped in a blue box.
Please could you help to check with the lost luggage department if they received such a described bag and inform me via email which I provided when applying for online ticket.
