The line graph illustrates the proportion of Australian goods delivered to four different countries, namely Japan, US, China and India over the course of 22 years starting from 1990.
Looking at the graph, it is immediately obvious that while the percentage of export to China and India experienced an upward trend, the opposite was true to the remaining nations. Additionally, the figure for India was by far the lowest during this surveyed period.
In 1990, a huge amount of products in Australia was exported to Japan, accounting for nearly a quarter of total. The figures for US and China were much lower, at approximately 11% and 3% respectively. By contrast, only about 1% of total Australian goods was sent to India, which was recorded as the lowest number.
From 1990 to 2012, the proportion of Australian export saw a sharp increase, reaching its peak of nearly 28% at the end of this period, whereas those for Japan and US decreased significantly to just 18% and 8% respectively. In terms of India, after reaching its peak to about 9% in 2010, its number dropped gradually to 5% in 2012.[8/6/2019, 6:12:49 AM] Cám ơn các bạn!
