The pie charts below show the average household expenditures in Japan and Malaysia in the year
The pie chart compares the differences in the average household expenses in two countries comprising Japan and Malaysia in the given year.
At first stance, it is noticeable that the cost of housing, food and other goods and services amounted to large parts in each household expenditure of these countries. In addition, money spent for transport in Japan also played one of important roles, compared to other factors.
According to the chart, Japanese people paid for other goods and services the most (29%) and for food and housing respectively. It can be seen that health care did not cost them much with figure only standing at 6%. Similar to that of Japan, the expense on the aforementioned services covered by Malaysian citizens did account to high percentages with approximately over 25%.
