Overall, it is evident that there are eight main stages involved in the process of bricks.
Firstly, prior to the actual processing of bricks, it is first necessary for the collection of clays by a digger. They are then clays are purified by metal grid and products are carried by roller. After this, clays are mixed with sand and water. The subsequent stage of the process, there are two options shape of brick, which are wire cutter and mould.
After die-casting, commodities are dried oven for 2 to 4 days. In the next step, bricks are brought to the kiln, which has two levels of temperature to burn. The moderate temperature is from 200 C to 980 C, and the high is from 870 to 1300 degrees Celsius. Then, bricks are moved to cooling chamber, which takes 48 to 72 hours for all. After this stage, merchandise are completed and they are packed to the batch. At the eight and the final stage, bricks are delivered to building industry.Attachments:
