The flow chart gives information about the process which the building industry uses to manufacture bricks.
Overall, there are 7 main stages in the process of producing bricks, beginning with exploiting clay and ending with delivery.
The first step in the process is exploitation by using big diggers to dig clay up. Then, clay is spread on a great metal grid to minimize the clay size which on roller machine before take clay into mix. In the following stage, the mix including clay, sand and water is put on wire cutter or mould to be brick shape. The process continue with drying bricks in oven for 24-48 period of hour. Afterwards, dried shapes are put in kiln to fire with moderate temperature (200 – 980 degrees), high temperature (870 – 1300 degrees), respectively. Moreover, the cooling chamber cools bricks after that for 2 or 3 days.
After whole brick producing, bricks are package into shipments. The process concludes with deliver the shipments to the customers.
