Chữa bài IELTS Task 1
The table indicates data on the employment sectors where people from three different age groups are hired.
Overall, the highest percentage of young adults works in retail industry, while the elders are mainly employed in manufacturing and most of middle age people choose other jobs. On the other hand, accountancy witnesses the lowest of all age labors.
In retail, there is the highest proportion of people between 18 and 25 years old, which accounted for 23%. However, that figure reduces significantly to 7% at the age between 25 and 40 and to only 6% in the oldest group. In contrast, 23% of old people are in factories, while in the other groups, this workplace only attracts 12% and 15% of people. The middle age group works mostly in other careers with 18% and the 40-65 age group amounts to only half of that figure. With 21%, there are more young people in the other jobs than the other two groups.
Accountancy has the lowest percentage of all three groups at 3% for the 18-25, a mere 2% for the 25-40 and 3% for the 40-65 age group. The remaining employment sectors namely agriculture, catering, local government, health, law and education all make up less than 18% in the different groups.Attachments:
