To whom it might concern:
My name is Vivian Ho – future student of London University. I am writing you this email in the hope that I may obtain some housing information in London from your company.
I am about to go to London to study my Master degree, which is majoring in Education, at the end of next month. Therefore, I am seeking a place nearby University of London so that I do need to commute too far to school every day. It is ideal if the apartment is on walking distance from the bus station or subway. It is also my favorite if there is a supermarket or convenient store around the area.
As I go alone, I would like to receive information about one bed room accommodation, which has been fully furnished. Besides, I aim to look for a laundry site, which is inside apartment. I have known that the winter in London is freezing, I definitely do not plan to go out in these days to have my laundry done. It is impeccable if you could help to accommodate my desires.
I will depart to London on March 15, 2019. Hence, it would be much obliged to you if you could provide me information by that date.
I look forward to receiving your response.

I do not think it is a good editor. You used “broken English”, which I do not understand.

For example: this is what you corrected me: “I am writing this email to ask relevant information of house in London hope your company support well on this subject”

and this: “Grammar error: Base on the meaning, it should be present simple => which major in Education.”
I wonder you should use “which majors” not “major”.

I do require a better editor, otherwise I would be very disappointed with IELTS Planet.
