Some people say that parents should control their children’s behavior from a very young age. What do you think ?
The way children behave should be under their parents control at an early age. I completely agree with this idea.
There are a variety of reasons why parents should control their children’s behavior from a very young age.The first reason is that children from a very young age are so innocent and obedient that they can easily absorb what is taught to them. The old sayings:” Strike while the iron is hot”. Once a child is mature, it will tend to be as stubborn as a mule. Teaching him, therefore, will become much harder than we think .To summarize, the sooner a child’s behavior is controlled, the more successful the teaching will be.
Apart from the practical benefits expressed above, I believe that children’s behavior have a direct influence on their future. A child who behaves well will likely become a good member of the society in the future. By contrast, a child who has bad behaviors will likely fall into the traps of criminal. It was the mother’s teaching which Thomas Edison was given from childhood that helped him became a great scholar. Of course, becoming good or bad person depends on many things apart from being educated by parents. However, parental education still plays an important part in shaping the personality of a child, especially when that child at its early age.
For the reasons mentioned above, I believe that now and forever, children should be admonished to behave better by their parents from their childhood. This admonition contributes to make up a civilized society.
