Some people think developing countries need financial help from international organizations. Others think that it is practical aid and advice that is needed.
Discuss these views and give your opinion.
People’s opinions differ as to whether or not developing countries should need financial aid from international organizations or practical support and advice. While some people argue that it is necessary to take financial help, I still believe that countries had better follow the latter.
There are several reasons why many people assert that financial help is extremely needed for developing countries. Firstly, this finance can help amounts of countries to pass the difficult situations temporarily. Countries which are in Africa, in particular, are assisted by other countries when they are in trouble with war, drought and so on. This assistance, however, can only support these countries to deal with the problems impermanently, not for good. Secondly, the ordinary people in the countries may feel much safer when they have been helped.
In spite of the arguments mentioned above, I support the view that developed countries need practical aid and advice more. The main benefit is that they encourage countries to find out more practical solutions which suit them in order to develop stably, unlike the approach above. Practical assistance from international organizations plus with their advice support developed countries to make better use of these aids and enforce policies and practices properly. For example, Vietnam, in the war, had not only been taken much help from Russia but also followed Russia’s policies because these suited democracy of Vietnam very much. Thanks to this, Vietnam got through the poorness and develops day by day.
