It is impossible to help all people in the world, so governments should only focus on people in their own countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is widely argued that to cater for all problems within a country, it requires the whole concentrations and efforts of a government and stopping caring about the international issues. While from certain aspects this statement is true, I still believe that countries should still pay attention on both home and abroad problems.
There is no doubt that along with the rapid improvement in all sides of our living condition likes education, medical, entertainment, various new challenges appear and only be the focusing power of government can solved these puzzles. Especially with the underdeveloped and developing countries which do not having sufficient economic and politic abilities, taking advantage of available resources to enhance their strength and reputation must be priority at anytime.
However, while some issues turn up and hamper within a country’s boundary, there are numerous other difficulties that can threaten life all over the world, for example, the greenhouse effect or the terrorism. These international problematic questions pose negative effects on a wide range and the causes of them are also not limited in certain areas, require the co-ordination of all countries to tackle. Additionally, the core purpose hidden behind the worldwide exchange between countries is the benefit they can get after a transaction – nothing is given for free and this is always undeniable from the political perspective. By joining a hand to solve the over-border problem, The government are also protecting them from possible detriments.
In conclusion, whilst concerning and tackle domestic problems must be prior in any decisions, countries should take part in helping others to solve worldwide issues.
