when choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration. To what extend you agree or disagree?

Many people choose jobs based on the size of the salary offered. Personally, i totally disagree with the idea that money is the key consideration when decide on a career,for i believe that other factors are equally important.
On the one hand, money is necessary for people to meet their basic needs. What a person requests for those are education, furniture, health care and travel, make he or she a better life but they all cost their values. As a results, money is as important as it should be concerned when choosing a job.
On the other hand, i believe that salary should not be considered a priority to get a occupation while others are also essential. For example, a workplace where the manager is nice and well-qualified and colleagues are friendly and helpful, is one of the factors that lead to the staff’s comfort and effect while doing jobs and also the success of the company and its employees. Moreover, many people think that being profession and gaining achievements in their field of job are more important than getting a high salary while the others choose a career in the basement of wanting to contribute to society. For example, a serviceman whose fortune is not as much as a businessman , still love his career because of his willing to devote to his country and society.
In conclusion, a career should be weighed in both money earned and other important motivators.
