The Internet has transformed the way information is shared and consumed, but it has also created that did not exist before. What are the most serious problems associated with the Internet and what solutions can you suggest ?
The Internet is like a bomb that has incredible effects on human life, especially on the way we consume and share information. However, this bomb also has serious consequences which are related to both our physical and mental.There are several solutions to change these negative impacts nonetheless.
There are basically two serious problems caused by the outbreak of the Internet.The first issue is about our health.That we are too depend on the Internet makes us more and more passive.We do almost everything with a smart phone got access to the Internet.As a result, we can not tear ourselves out of it and we move less.We just keep sitting there and staring at our phones.Therefore, Internet overuse can lead to sedentary lifestyles, weight gain and a decline in physical fitness. Psychological problems have also been linked to Internet overuse. The virtual word that the Internet builds up makes us forget where we really belong to and disconnect us from beloved people around us. As a consequence, the more we use the Internet , the more lonely we feel.It would be no exaggeration to say that misusing the Internet may also be slowly driving us to the brink of insanity.
However, measures must be taken by each individual to keep the Internet useful instead of harmful. Firstly, keep smart phones having Internet connection out of your reach, use them only when absolutely necessary.You also should limit time per use. Secondly, spend more time on doing outdoor activities, doing exercises to enhance your health.In addition, put your phones down and care more about your family and friends by opening your heart to them.Moreover, society and schools play an important role in educating teenages how to use the Internet sensibly.
In conclusion, only by having the right perception of pros and cons of the Internet will us avoid running into problems caused by misusing Internet.
