Some people are born to be leaders, others believe leadership can be learnt. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Leaders play an essential role in every organization or community. Some people think that they are endowed with the leadership skill while others argue that it can acquired through hard training. I personally believe that it is the combination of both natural abilities and persistent practice.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why lots of people think leaders are born with certain qualities that cannot be obtained through learning. These individuals possess intelligence, determination, courage that distinct them from ordinary people. They must use their abilities to come up with new ideas, effective solutions to lead a company to success. Moreover, a leader should be naturally good at recognizing one person’s strength and weakness to assign that employee to suitable position.
On the other hand, for different reasons, it is possible to become a leader even though you are not born with it. Many skills that associated with leadership can be attained by learning, hardworking and observation. We can learn through books that are written by famous CEO or founder in the world. In addition, by observing the leader in your company, you can get for yourselves a lot of important skills. Children nowadays have the opportunities to acquire leadership skills through their group activities at school. With the stable basis, they will definitely be able to become future leaders.
In conclusion, practice makes perfect. It can be difficult to be a leader when you are not endow with it but it is not impossible, therefore, you should keep practicing, learning and getting more experience over time.[10:30:57, 24/2/2018] Cám ơn các bạn!
