      Discuss the advantages and disadvantage of playing sports and participating in physical exercise
      Today, a majority of people choose for themselves some sports to join because of health, a pretty appearance or a good health. Many people advise us to take part in some sports and physical exercise to have a better life, while others believe that they sometimes will harm us instead of bringing to participators benefits.
      Joining activities which relate to sports and physical exercises is beneficial in some ways. Firstly, physical activities will improve our health, not only the physical health but also the mental health. We can have a supple body, a great stamina and a good immunity or even decreasing abundant fat in our body which easily cause the heart attack, the high blood pressure as well as diabetes. Besides, participating in the favourite sports will helps you avoid the depression due to the work pressure. Secondly, team sports such as volleyball, football or basketball will give you opportunities to train cooperation skills. Thanks to playing these sports, you will know how to be in association with somebody to make plans, how to understand each other as well as how to respect opposite opinion, which will be extremely useful in your studying or working.
      On the other hand, there are a variety of reasons why sports and doing exercise may give you some troubles. Firstly, if you play dangerous sports or do physical exercise, not in the right way, your health even your life will be at risk. Doing exercise too much or too heavy may cause a sprain, an injury or a fracture. Besides, there are many serious accidents happening when people take part in dangerous sports like climbing or playing parachute. Secondly, unless having the permission of doctors, people who have disease had better not to join the heavy sports or incongruous exercise which can pose a threat to your health. For instance, people who have a heart issue, as well as asthma, have to be more careful when playing sport and doing exercise.
      In conclusion, playing sports and physical exercise will be helpful for your health if you choose the activities which are suitable for your stamina
