PLEASE help me correct this essay.

18/5/2019: Advertising is all around us; it is an unavoidable part of everyone’s life. Some people say that advertising is a positive part of our lives. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is true that advertising has becoming increasingly prevalent thanks to the development of Internet in recent years. Although advertising is of great benefit in some certain extents, I would contend that there are a lot of demerits of such a trend.
It is understandable why many people advocate the idea that an unprecedented scale of advertising may exert a positive impact on human’s life. First, advertisements and commercials are instrumental in promoting a new product to the market. In fact, it is challenging for sellers to get their fresh products to the market, and for consumers to be comprehensively informed of up-to-the-minute launched commodities. Therefore, now the buyers are able to make a wise decision on the right products that not only meet their demands but also suits their pockets. Second, advertising is a creative and potential industry, which may create various job oppoturnities to employee. Undoutedly, a host of advertisement – related people such as designer and cartoonist are likely to have a steady job due to the popularity of advertisement.
However, it seems to me that there are several drawbacks inherent in advertising. The primary disadvantage is that some companies may misreprensent their advertisments in order to tempt consumers into making purchases impulsively, which can cause decay of social values in some ways. In other words, foul languages and objetionable pictures are being used in advertising to attract a particular class’ attention, regardless of the detrimental effects to the society. Another significant drawback is that the ubiquitous advertisement may cause annoyance and disturbance to the viewers. For example, when a person is focusing on an interesting film, it is extremely uncomfortable when pop-ups or billboards suddenly appear.
In conclusion, although advertising is beneficial in some ways, I am of the opinion that there is a lot of negative impacts of this trend on human’s life and some measures should be proposed to mitigate them.
