It is better for people to be unemployed than to be employed but do not enjoy. Do you agree or disagree?
It is a popular belief that if job seekers couldn’t have a career base on self-interest, they would be better unemployed. While I accept the preference is so important to employees, I believe some extent choose an occupation, which can help them have an integral life.
At the first thought, get the job on the basis of myself can make people have a sense of comfort. In fact, the employee almost spend at least 8 hours per day for working, so if you work with an occupation that you don’t interest, it can make you are so strained. On the contrary, with preferred career, people willing to pursue their interest show more devotion and tend to loyal to the company. Thus, this will be enhance the labor productivity. Moreover, although the job pressure may be high, but with statisfaction occupation, the employees can have feel want to assert their ability.
On the other hand, it is not like everyone enable to define career path, meanwhile money is necessary to a basic life needs. If you are unemployed, you won’t be able to give myself and your family a guarantee of life. Admittedly, with the rewarding wage, you can build a house, buy a car or even spend money to make the most of luxury holidays, such feats will bring to you the relax after a stressful time of work. In fact, there are many people don’t adore their work for the first time, however, when you spend almost time a day for something, then you will realize some part of it that attract you.
In conclusion, it is better if you can choose a satisfaction job and also has a perfect salary. But if its mutually exclusive, you also need consider about finance before decide.
