      Đề bài: Nowadays, some employers think that formal academic qualifications are more important than life experience or personalities when they look for new employees. Why is this case? Is it a positive or negative development?
      These days, directors from many companies tend to choose workers based on their academic degrees rather than their life experience or personal qualities. There are a number of reasons for this trend, which is having certain negative impacts on both businesses and on society as a whole.
      As academic qualifications are known as the top priority among different elements of recruitment, several causes deserve consideration. Firstly, employers believe that learning outcomes of candidates has been linked to better work performance. Graduates from universities have been equipped with necessary knowledge of specialized fields and essential skills related to their later profession, such as critical thinking, strategic management and presentation. These factors have good effects of better job efficiency and progression. Secondly, real-life experience and personalities are elusive features that requires a lot of time to evaluate accurately. Therefore, focusing on academic qualities seems to be more cost-effective and practical for enterprises when they are looking for new staff.
      However, I am of opinion that this tendency can bring negative consequences in terms of companies and society. If personnel department just put high emphasis on interviewee’s academic diplomas and certificates, fraud score may emerge as a serious problem at some colleges because students will tend to get high results at any cost, together with the dishonesty of schools. As a result, it will be difficult for corporations to find the most proficient applicants since almost people have the same good study outcomes. In addition, universities will be likely to invest in academic subjects, rather than social skills and comprehensive developments of learners, which may contribute to lack of success in the future.
      In conclusion, some main reasons of this trend can be identified and there could be negative influences on companies and long-term development of individuals.
