on the one hand, living and studying university can be difficult because of the fee of university when choosing to study a college or university with low income or so savings, students are tented to open the chance of studying university. Therefore, poor students will be able to get access to a prestigious university, in government help with the cost of university. On the other hand, the government’s budget would be pressured if free access to the university were a right for everyone. That simple, students from wealthier families can have the ability to pay tuition fees. Actually. the government cannot afford to pay for the rich as well as the poor. Moreover, if the government increased the educational invest, it would mean environmental funds and healthy funds will cut down.

It is certainly true that government should support education for everyone, but this is by no mean that they do not focus to their financial background.
