Some people think that people who choose a job early and keep doing it are more likely to get a more satisfying career life than those who frequently change their jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that there are more chances for people who stick to their pursued job to succeed in career life than those who are flexible in their professional positions. From my perspective, both chosen paths can have positive and negative aspects in equal measure.
On the one hand, firstly people who gain a particular job early and persistently stay with it are undoubtedly have a wide range of knowledge in their chosen field and hence higher promotion prospects in their company. In fact, most of the executives nowadays are experts in their areas due to longtime experiencing. secondly, people who suddenly quit their job are at the risk of being unemployed since many of them have no previous practice and certificates to meet other corporations’ conditions.
However, collecting experience from many fields can somehow be a good way to teach ourselves beneficial competence in order to conduct a successful business since we become more adaptable to complex circumstances and are able to cope with various tasks that require multiple skills. What’s more, jumping from a job to another certainly helps people identify their weaknesses as well as strengths, thus understand what is really suitable for them and focus on it.
In conclusion, while I agree that it is more probable to acquire a gratifying career life if one stays at the same workplace, I believe that changing jobs can also be advantageous.
