It is better for people to be unemployed than people to be employed but they do not enjoy. Do you agree or disagree?
Some people hold the view that if they do not find happiness in their career, they would rather give up this job than keep working without enthusiasm. While I accept that this may suit many people, I believe that others will not appreciate unemployment.
On the one hand, it is obvious that jobless is accompanied by inability to cover the essential needs in life. For example, how can they pay for electrical and water bill, daily food, school fees for their children and series of another services if they do not have enough money. Nowadays, global economic crisis increase rapidly the rate of unemployment. These gradually become the burden for family and society even rise social evils and crime. Besides, skills that they learnt after graduating can fall into oblivion because they do not have changes to practice regularly while their company maybe achieve the high position in the business or excellent experiences. In addition, even if they love or not their working, any job gives them some precious experience that can be advantage to apply new job in the future.
On the other hand, job satisfaction is extremely important to promote labor productivity. Finding passion in the favorite occupation, they will complete their mission effectively with the best potential, so contribute valuable things to the society. Conversely, imagine a person go to work with no excitement, they will feel bored, stressful quickly, and cannot have high performance and full of their ability.
In conclusion, it is really ideal to have an opportunity to do the favorite career however if not, they have to consider seriously before deciding quitting their occupation so they will not regret for their choice.[7/19/2017, 11:36:46 PM] Cám ơn các bạn!
