The internet has transformed the way information is shared and consumed, but it has also created problems that did not exist before.

What are the most serious problems associated with the internet and what solutions can you suggest?

It is true that the existence of the internet has made it easy for information to be accessed, but there are some problems brought about by it. Although the internet has some negative impacts for several reasons, some steps can be taken to tackle the problem.
There are some clear causes of the internet among users. Firstly, it is harmful for the health of people who spend a great amount of time in front of a computer screen, specifically this habit may lead to poor eyesight and other mental problems. Secondly, people getting access to the internet can lose concentration and cannot perform well at work, while students might get low educational attainment at school. Lastly, the internet is widespread to all members of society, so it is difficult to control the information posted on websites. Children, especially younger ones, may come across some violent shows or negative information, which results in unconscious imitation and bad behaviors.
The allocation of the internet could be controlled. Parents or teachers need to start setting the time limit of using the internet among children to 1 hour a day and if they don’t obey, they will be punished. In addition, workers have to turn off wi-fi or any social network applications when not in use to maintain work progress. Instead of surfing the net, there are thousands of interesting activities which benefit health such as exercising, doing yoga or meditation. One more important way is to be self-aware of dangerous effects on the overuse of internet, and to help other people know how to use the internet appropriately.
In conclusion, the internet is a great invention if users are able to control the time, prevent the desire and gain enough awareness when dealing with its problems.
