Bài làm:
Some people believe that they should take salary as the most principal reason to choose a job. This essay aims to elaborate on this view and give writer ‘s opinion.
On the one hand, that employees choose theirs jobs relying on salary is not wrong. First of all, high salary helps them to pay for essential demand such as medicine, education,… Therefore, they do not need to seek another part-time job and spend their leisure time to participate in yoga class, football club,… to let their hair down. This is exactly a good standard of living which many people usually wish.Additionally, high salary leads to more motivation. Staff will certainly feel that their effort is paid deservedly and as the result, they will try harder for their work.
On the other hand, employees may achieve some negative impacts when choosing jobs relying on salary. The first reason is that they may not have job satisfaction. This is due to the fact that those works are not their favors, leading to bored feeling even when earning much money. Take Nguyen Nhat Anh as an example, he said that: ” Earning so much money from the work which you do not have any favor is not an utterly happiness, whereas I can make a profit from novels that is my inspiration”. Last but not least, many people take the work that makes towards society instead of salary. Although it is conspicuous that these people had their own financial resources initially, they are still such kind mirrors that everyone respects.
For my perspective, people should choose their jobs relying on not salary but theirs target. If they want to make themselves happy, they should choose the latter idea and if they wish to be the wealthy, they choose the former.
