Task 2: Information technology enables many people to do their work outside their workplace (e.g at home, when traveling, etc). Do the benefits of this mobility outweigh the disadvantage?

It is undeniable that information technology has considerably influnced the way people do their jobs in the modern world such as the mobility in work. While being mobile professionally leads to various benefits, it has some detrimental effects.
One of the advantage of mobility is that it enhances the flexibility in work. For example, workers can choose to conduct their tasks in different environments such as coffee shops or on the airplanes. Moreover, busiessmen can check emails, draw up the contracts or call clients from their homes with any digital devices like computers, smart phones or tablets. Besides, while carring out the jobs outside the workplace, people will have more space and time to express themsleves. This is because they are likely to put more attention and qualification in the work instead of being distracted by other colleagues. As a result this can increase the working productivity as workers are able to work at their own conveniences.
On the other hand, this kind of working can make people get a plenty of severe stress. A lot of employees do not control their workload, they work at office an then at home. Therefore, they no longer have time to relax, renew energy and take care of themselves as well as their family. In addition, working exceedingly is one of the main factors causing many health problems even dispression. Hence, it is unhealthy lifestyle that makes the work efficiency and physical condition of workers decrease dramatically.
In conclusion, in the digital age, technology has changed significantly the way people work and play. In spite of having some drawbacks, the benefits of this equipment is extremely distinct for everyone in the world.
