Many people go to university for academic study. More people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In twenty-one century, study and job are the notable problems at both develop and developing countries. Many people go to university to learn. Some people argue that people should be encouraged to become qualified workers because of a labor lack. I partly agree with this opinion.
On the one hand, study academic at college is beneficial. Initially, it is easy to have a certain job because of high education. Especially, in Vietnam, the officers who apply for a variety of jobs work eight hours every day and rest in the holiday. In contrast, the worker has to dedicate whatever they are required by customers. Secondly, students graduating are easy to have interesting jobs. For instances, in the electronic major, they can work in some positions such as human resources, customer services, and system management while qualified workers only can repair or set electric system.
On the other hand, there are two reasons why more people should be motivated to be workers. First of all, in many developed countries, there is an imbalance in the economy due to too many people go to university. The result is that not only the shortage of skilled labor but also the students graduating are employment. Besides, workers are really necessary when new buildings, restaurants, hotels are constructed. For example, in Hanoi capital city, hundreds of buildings are formed or repaired every year and need helps from workers such as electricians and plumbers.

In conclusion, I do not totally agree that more people should be encouraged to become qualified workers because of a labor lack.
