When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is true that some job seekers select their career based on salary level. While I accept that this may suit many people, I believe that others base their job choice on more important considerations rather than salary alone.
On the hand , there are many different reasons why people choose a high-paying job. Firstly, the wage plays a vital role in guaranteeing an acceptable standard of living. That’s understandable because of being offered a high salary allows employees to meet their basic needs, buy a comfortable house and perhaps even go on luxury holidays. Moreover than that, a competitive salary will boosts the motivation for a great job. For example , the head of a company may offer a handsome salary to a new employee who is able to achieve a sales target during the year . This rewarding perk will encourage other employees to try hard and enhance the level of job performance.
On the other hand, job seekers have a variety of reasons apart from salary to choose a job . One of the reasons people think first is the satisfaction of their work. For some people this is the criterion they care about rather than a high salary. Because when they have a certain level of comfort, it will definitely help them increase their passion in the workplace. An equally important reason for choosing a job is to contribute to the community to bring about a much more civilized society. For example, there are many doctors in Vietnam have free heart surgery for poor children who have brought hope to the lives of poor people . Because of this, they feel that their work is far more meaningful.
In conclusion, it is certainly true that money can be an important factor for many people when choosing prospective employment, but this is by no means the key consideration for everybody in making a career decision.[20:14:46, 20/3/2018] Cám ơn các bạn!
