1. Some people think that men and women have different qualities. Therefore, some certain jobs are suitable for men and some jobs are suitable for women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Gender distinction in job option has long been a controversial issues all over the world. While there are certain differences in qualities between the men and women that may help each gender get more advantages in some aspects, I still believe that no sexual barrier should be set at the entrance of any works.
The natural physical characteristics of both genders have given each other chance to get more advantages when taking part in particular fields. For example, research shows that vocations requiring physical strength or defending ability are dominated by males, who are considered as a stronger gender while communication relating jobs are mostly done by women with their outstanding emotional abilities.
However, the situation of men and women in any kinds of job cannot be compared or judged base on these prejudices. It is the fact that along with the increase in the awareness of gender equality, the appearance of women in places widely known as belonged to man and vice versa is rising rapidly. For instance, female politicians are now becoming more and more popular, a new trend in many countries like The Prime Minister of Germany – Angela Merkel. Additionally, what shapes men and women to be more fitted to an occupation, namely physical and mental features, can of course be changed by the way they brought up. If girls are not taught to just play with dolls and boys are not forced to played with cars or robots, they will be able to grow in the way they desire for and have sufficient ability to take responsibility for any type of jobs, not to mention the development of technology has faded the stronger – weaker position in the male and female more significantly than ever.
In conclusion, the view about whether men and women are more suitable to some special jobs are no longer be true. No matter what the work is, it will always available to both two sexual provided that they possess needed qualities and skills.
