Some people think that children should be punished when they commit crimes. Others think that their parents should be punished. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
The criminal rate of young children is significantly increasing in our modern society. Some claim that the parents of young offenders should be punished for some reasons. while this method is a good way to avoid potential criminals, I would argue that these children should be penalized for the following justifications.
On the one hand, there is a variety of clear reasons why criminal children’s parents should be disciplined. First and foremost, parents should be noticed about the illegal actions of their offspring, which allows them to pay more attention to their children. To illustrate, parents may review their children’s daily friends and routines in order to stop forming bad behaviors of their children. In addition, parents could spend much more time talking with their children to help them resolve current problems and negative actions from bad uneducated friends.
On the other hand, it is very necessary for young criminals to surfer from strict punishments incurred their illegal things. The first reason would be that appropriate training programs could assist these young criminals to understand about wrong actions. For examples, educational trainers could provide some actual results such as death from crashing cars, heavy trauma from hitting other people from previous robbery. Another reason for this view is that young offenders could have the responsibility of their actions, which increases their critical thoughts before doing anything. If children are not punished, they may not prevent continuously commit offence in the future.
