      The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six month period in 2011.
      Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

      The line graph illustrates the quantity of questions that the Tourist information office located in a city need to be answered for over the span of the first half of 2011. In general, while there is an upward trend in term of asking information in person and by phone calls, the opposite is true for enquiries by letter and email.
      The first two months witnessed a fluctuation between 900 units and 1000 units in the number of questions conducted by telephone. It was followed by stability at 1000 units before rapidly growing to peak of 1600 units.
      Meanwhile, although the number of enquiries in person were half as many as those by telephone in the first month, the figure experienced uninterrupted acceleration and ended the period with a peak of approximately 1900 units, exceeding that for two remaining tools.
      In contrast, the number of questions by letter/email slightly decreased to 700 units from the starting point of nearly 800 units, the figure then plummeted to under 400 units and remained the same until the end of period.
