Chữa bài IELTS Task 2
Topic: Recent research has shown that media like the Internet and TV have a greater influence over people’s lives than politicians.
What do you consider to be the greater influence?
In recent decades, politicians have a strong impact on people’s lives. However, in my opinion, with a rapid development, TV and the Internet affect on people’s daily lives more significantly than people who jobs are involved in politics.
There are two main reasons why everybody believes that politicians have a vital influence on daily life. Firstly, It is obvious that each citizen needs a good government to manage society and improve his country in all of systems such as the economy, education and so on. Therefore, politicians who have an important mission to establish rules or policies play an essential role in innovating a nation. Besides, every election is a bridge that connects normal people with a statesman. As a result, their speeches and campaigns offer them a chance to become closer to their citizens.
On the other hand, there is no doubt that media brings a wide range of benefits in people’s lives. First of all, TV and the Internet are extremely useful for all generations in terms of entertainment. It is easy to see that every member of the family gathers around the TV to enjoy their favourite films or other interesting music shows after a hard-working day in the evening. Furthermore, you can relax by accessing the Internet easily to watch a movie, listen to music or chat with friends on social networks. In addition, media is a big world supplying a variety of services. For instance, such online banking, job seeking or online shopping helps people save a lot of time and just with a click, everyone is capable of completing complicated procedures in the fastest way.
In conclusion, in spite of positive effects of politicians, I am personally in favour of the prospect that mass media outweighs vastly with its own benefits in daily life.Attachments:
