Many university students live with their families, while others live away from home because their universities are in different places. What are the advantages and disadvantages of both situations.
In recent years, numerous university students stay at their home. While others leave their families to live places where are close their universities. This essay will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of both trend.
On the one hand, numerous university students live with their families. The advantage of this situation is that students do not need to rent accomodation. Moreover, by living with their families, they have meals along with their parents and they do not need to pay money for anything such as food, drink,… Especially, whenever university students are ill, their parents will take care of them carefully. Another reason why living with family would be advantageous is that home is a quiet and safe place for students. This could help them focus on reviewing for the termination exam effectively. The disadvantage of this situation is that university students would lack of life skills. In fact, they have a tendency to rely on others. Whenever they have got into troubles in their life, most their parents often give them a hand. This may lead to the fact that it will be difficult to give decisions when they get jobs later.
On the one hand, university students live away from home because their universities are in different places. The merrit of this trend is that it would provide numerous life lessons for students. Besides, they are responsible for their decisions. The demerit of this trend is that they use the amount of money to spend for living away from home. In other words, they need to rent room, buy furnitures, food,… Furthermore, when they are ill, only friends take care of them. An additional negative side of this trend is that it has not private space so that university students could concentrate on their studies.
In conclusion, university students live with their families or live away from home are that have both the advantages and disadvantages.Kindly Check!
