Nowadays, more and more people decide to have children later in their life.
What are the reasons? What are
the effects on society and family life?
In recent years, phenomeno having children later than before among young people is growing trend toward in our society. In this essay, I will present a number of reasons behind this trend and several impacts on family life and the community as a whole.
There are two key reasons Why parents decided against having children when starting in a family life. Firstly, many people consider buiding their successful careers is top-priority rather than embarking on parenthood. If they had to share their time between working and bringing-up their offsprings when they were in early stage of their career, their performance and promote oppotunities could be negatively affected. Secondly, delaying childbirth could give couples countless oppotunities to pursue their dreams and interests. For example, this choice let people spend a great amount of time on travelling and enjoy their life.
However, This trend brings several nagetive affects on the community and life family. A significants concern is gaps among generations. Therefore, teaching children is a huge challenge of older parrents. An other negative impact is that there are more potential health risks of pregnant woman over 35 age. Specificially, babies was born in that situation may be at risk of having down syndrome and less intelligent than others. Consequently, this could adversely impacted the quality of future workforce.
In conclusion, there are number of reasons why many young people prefer giving birth late, as result there could be negative influences on inviduals family and society.
