Some people say that healthcare and education should be the responsibility of
the government but some people think that that it is the responsibility of the
individuals themselves. Discuss both views and give your opinion?
A healthy and educated society is the backbone of any successful country. It is argued that heathcare and education services should be provided by the government or each single member in the community. I strong believe that the party leadership should be held responsible for providing these services.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why the authority should guarded heathcare and education for people . First reason is there are more social benefits because the administrators will have an overview of the whole population ,therefore the leadership might balance the gap between the poor and the rich. For example, everyone is guaranteed in the same condition such as going to school and protection their health. Another reason is that residents are paying taxs every year and they hope that the authority will give the best environment for them.
On the other hand, some inviduals think that they want to charge responsibility for themselves is a reasonable proposal. Firstly, Some people feel uncomfortable to use State services because of its rigid principles, so they want to find better other priviate services. For example, many patients choose to go private clinics intead of waiting all day at public hospitals for a medical examination. Secondly, the rich people are willing pay for expensive fees to have the rights to choose any service that they think is suitable the most for them.
In conclusion, I believe that both heathcare and education are basic fundamental rights, necessary for any advantaged society, therefore responsibility should lie with the government. Nevertheless, If individuals require more than the standard level they should be prepared to pay for it .
