Topic: When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration. Do you agree or disagree?
Many people have valued the significance of remuneration over than other main factors when making a decision between jobs. In my opinion, I partly agree with this opinion.
On the one hand, the reasons why high – paid salary is of impotance when choosing a career are varied. To begin with, it can not deny that our quality of life depends on money. With a great deal of money, peple can purchase whatever they needs, which make their life become more convinient. Furthermore, knowing there might be a chance that receiving much more payment in salary will encourage people to make the best effort in order to get into the higher position in the company’s hierarchy. As a result, peple with high remunation will receive much more respect in the office as the inspiring stories of success.
On the other hand, making a choice in career can be attributable to many other factors. Firstly, many people often select their career for which they are passionate about. As a consequence, love will become the strong innovation to work harder under pressure. Secondly, the environment in the company can play an crucial role in changing the choice of jobs. For instance, one that feel interest in jobs at the first, however due to the hostile attitude of his boss and colleague, he will soon quit job.
In conclusion, I believe the significance of salary and other factors can not be brought in comparision to see which one is important because they have distinctive equal roles in selecting an occupation.
