Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. Is it right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender?
It is believed that each of genders performed different ways to deal events and perspectives both in work and family life. However, it is advised that this typical characteristic would proudly contribute to certain tasks as well as create diversity thinking.
There are several justifications why both genders should have equal opportunities to making occupations. In the past, women must be under pressure to sacrifice their career to take responsibility for doing domestic tasks, so that they could not have chance to express their excellent ability. However, the position of those has remarkable changed, they are nurtured to boost both in psychological and physical skills when they are children. Therefore, when they become adult, they would gain adequate knowledge to competitive with male in some all-male professions. For example, in Viet Nam war, there are abundant female soldiers shoulder responsibility for combat missions, this consequence is that they were plays a vital role in creating incredible winning.
According to traditional views, males are priority at job physical demanding, even though they are not actual talent at those tasks. This is meaning that their work performed would cause poor results as well as could not contribute to company’s development. Furthermore, male are also make some landmarks in job are thought to designed for woman. For example, the tendency of male employees who work in teaching are immensely increase in total workforce. As a consequences, it would create better community when both children are free to pursue their dream work, leading that they would attempt to having insight of their fields soon instead of thinking about deleting those due to wrong-sex.
