Chữa bài IELTS Task 1
The bar chart compares and contrasts data on the differences in the number of inhabitants in 12 major regions of Canada in 1996.
Generally speaking, while the majority of Canadians chose to live in Winnipeg, only a small number of this country’s citizens were found in Victoria.
More specifically, as opposed to Winnipeg figures of nearly 46 thousand people, the number of inhabitants in Toronto was relatively modest, recording precisely 16 thousand citizens, a position shared with Saskatoon. Edmonton, although with a much lower figure than Winnipeg, was the second largest area in Canada with the statistics of roughly 31000 Canadian people, which was slightly higher than that of Vancouver (Approximately 30500 Canadians).
Of the remaining regions, the biggest difference in population can be seen between Calgary and Victoria. While the figure for the former was almost 15 thousand inhabitants, the latter only achieved a third of it (around 5 thousand), a difference of nearly 10 thousand people. Montreal and Prince Albert, with an equal number of residents, were the second most crowded places, recording exactly 10 thousand Canadians.Attachments:
