The graphs below show the numbers of male and female workers in 1975 and 1995 in several employment sectors of the republic of Freedonia
The line graph compares the differences between the rate of male and female employees in various fields of Freedonia in 1995.
Overall, it can be seen that there was a huge gap between the number of men and women workers in the manufacturing sector, whereas, the finance attracted almost the same figure for both gender to join in.
The largest difference of employment observed by sex went to manufacturing, since the number of female employees only took less than a half of that of male, at 300 and 620, respectively. The communication sectors was followed by 50 people lower than the gap of manufacturing, however, there was a converse trend between the rate of male and female workers.
Other fields have been witnessed smaller disparities, for instance, the figure for banking or finance in both two sex was nearly the same at 430 peoples. The wholesale and retail trade, however, showed a larger gap, since it possessed the highest number of female workers at approximately 800 people, which was higher than that of male by 100 peoples. In term of public sector, the non-defence possessed a largest number of Freedonia labour for both women and men, with nearly 650 and 820, respectively, while, the defence ones showed the opposite trend, with 100 female workers and 200 male workers.Attachments:
