The given charts compare and contrast the number of visitors to Ashdown
Museum during the year before and after refurbishment. Plus, the
satisfaction of visitors is also recorded on the survey as well.

Overall, it was a noticeable rise in the total number of visitors to
Ashdown Museum after it was refurbished. In addition, the number of people
who enjoyed the museum was also increased significantly. As is illustrated,
the year before refurbishment, Ashton Museum only welcomed 74,000 visitors
which only had 15% people was very satisfied and 30% people was satisfied.
Surprisingly, that number were rise to 35% and 40% respectively after the
refurbishment. Besides that there was also a huge different in the number
of people who dissatisfied with the museum, falling from 40% to 15% through
the period surveyed. However, the people who felt extremely satisfied used
to hold 10% in the year before refurbishment then decreased to 5% after
that. Only the number of who showed non-response to the museum remained the
same during the two periods. Last but not least, after refurbishment,
Ashton Museum witnessed a remarkable change in the total number of
visitors, rising from 74,000 people to 92,000 people.
