The given line graph illustrates the fluctuation of the number of people using subways in London during the course of a day.
It is noticeable that London underground station is most crowded in the morning and early evening, whereas the number of passengers decreases during working hours.
As can be seen from the graph, the busiest time of the day is in the morning. There is a significant rise from 100 people to 400 people between 6 am and 8 am. The figure begins to fall sharply after 8 am and there are only nearly 200 people using the station at 10 am. Between 10 am and 2 pm, the number goes up steadily before touching the bottom of 100 passengers at 4 pm.
After 4 pm, the subway gets busy again and at 6 pm, the number reaches a peak of 380 transport users measured with the afternoon period. In the late evening, the figure starts to fall gradually to 140 at 10 pm although there is a slight increase from 120 to 170 between 8 pm and 9pm.
