      Topic:
      In some countries the average weight of people is increasing and their
      levels of health and fitness are decreasing. What do you think are the
      cause of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them?

      The advanced technologies exert strongly influenced on our live in
      recent years. Some of their drawbacks are health related issues such as
      gaining the average weight, suffering from obesity … In this essay, I will
      discuss major reasons why these problems have become more popular and then
      suggest steps that can be taken to adress them.
      To begin with, most people state that the key factors of getting out of
      shape can be attributed to dietary habits and sedentary lifestyles. In
      relation to sedentary lifestyle, it is apparent that in modern life,
      individuals spend almost whole day seating in front of computers to work,
      and then, they return their house in tired condition. Physical activities
      seem that out of their schedule. Furthermore, lacking outdoor exercises
      leads to lessen people health in certain ways. As for eating habits, most
      teenagers are really keen on unhealthy food such as pizza, pasta, hamburger
      which are are too satty in their ingredient. This explains why more and
      more people suffer from obesity, high cholesterol and blood pressure. The
      more unbalanced diet we eat, the problematic health we get.
      The solutions should start with indiviadual’s efforts since each of us
      is responsible for looking after ourselves. Firstly, people should keep an
      eye on nutrious diets by practical actions, for example: consuming organic
      foods, preparing meals at home, restricting all kinds of cholesterol
      meals…. Secondly, outdoor activities should be done regularly. In more
      details, instead of driving private car to workplace, riding bicycle
      everyday not only help us save petrol money but also keep our body fit.
      To sumary, sedentary lifestyle and unbalanced diets result in obesity
      problems as well as health related issues. What can we do is pay more
      attention on eating habits and living active life to be in good shape.
