It is difficult for people in the cities to get enough physical exercise. What are the causes and solutions?

It is irrefutable that the people who live in the urban area tend not to have sufficient physical exercise. In my opinion, there are several reasons are blamed for causing this problem and a chain of obvious solutions could be given to solve this issue.
There are some justifications for the trend that physical exercise was not taken enough by urban residents. Firstly, The pace of life of people who live in cities is speeding up, they are busy with their work and their social life. As the result, they do not have enough time to take or even think about the physical exercise. Secondly, thanks to the advancement of technology which usually occurs in the urban area, individual prefer sacrificed their time for electronic devices than for physical education. To be precise, Vietnamese adolescents spend about 5-6 hours per day on electronic devices such as iPhone, iPad, and laptop. Finally, cities are usually surrounded by lots of infrastructures, office buildings or shopping malls for example, since people tend to migrate to large cities for living.
Regarding solutions, there are some steps could be taken to taken to taken the mentioned problem. Primarily, in terms of education, physical education could be introduced as the compulsory subject in the curriculum. Moreover, teachers could also emphasize their students about the benefits and the importance of physical exercises in order to increase the alertness of having physical exercises. Next, governments could allocate their expenditure to equip some exercise equipment in some public places as parks to encourage and boost citizens to take exercises.
In conclusion, I believe that people live in cities do not take sufficient exercises due to a lot of reason and this problem could be addressed by some solutions that I have suggested above.
