Nuclear is better choice for meeting increasing demand. Do you agree or disagree?
With a view to solving environmental problem, scientists have come up with a new way to produce energy to alter fossil fuels – nuclear. While there are some viewpoints that this approach is still dangerous, I agree that it has some beneficial effects on human beings
On the one hand, it seems that people run the risk of lacking safety when relying on nuclear. Obviously, to make use of nuclear as an alternative energy source, each country has to meet a number of technological demands such as infrastructure, high qualification, level of safety, etc. In other words, if they are unqualified, it is likely they will deal with many risks. The dreadful incident happened in Chernobyl, Russia is a convincing proof that place emphasis on the dangers of nuclear. The poisonous and radioactive emission given off from the explosion killed many people which also led to incurable diseases especially cancer.
On the other hand, it is undeniable that nuclear also bring us several advantages. Firstly, thanks to nuclear power, humankinds can produce a great amount of electricity without depending on natural sources such as coal, oil and so on. Moreover, nuclear is also recognized as a green as it don’t contribute to air pollution. Therefore, many developed countries are considering nuclear power as a useful a solution to pollution and high demand electricity. Secondly, it is nuclear that is applied in medical area. In fact, doctors are making the most of radiation as a therapy to treat their patient suffering from cancer.
In conclusion, in spite of dangers, from what we have discuss above, I believed that nuclear still has some benefits which outweigh its drawbacks[7/20/2019, 9:20:51 PM] Cám ơn các bạn!
