The best way for governments to solve the problem of traffic congestion is providing free public transport in 24 hours per day, and seven days a week. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is argued that the most appropriate approach which governments should consider to minimize traffic jam is giving zero-fee transportation to residents. I absolutely disagree with this solution as I think doing that way could not solve the aforementioned problem.
Firstly, there are many reasons causing the obstacles of congested roads. One of them is that the development of infrastructure may not meet the pace of traffic flow. To cope with this issue, funding should be spent on expanding roads and building more overpasses. Giving free transport tickets to people without improving the roadways will not help to cease traffic jam. In addition, in order to avoid blocked lanes during rush hours, the awareness of drivers should be raised and lifted up. If everyone keeps calm and queues when the roads are crowded, traffic flow will be eased and journey times will absolutely speed up.
Secondly, public transport companies require money to develop to face increasing traffic problems. If no fee is charged for passengers, transportation owners will be in shortage of capital for expanding business. Therefore, they may offer a low quality of transferring service. Free tickets but poor service cannot encourage more people to use public transport than upgrading the vehicles. Paying money when using a service is fair and reasonable. The problem is how to enhance the quality of public transport to benefit more passengers. For example, to persuade more people to use buses, the Hanoi transportation company should invest money in buying new buses and operating many different routes to meet the need of more residents.
In conclusion, I believe that the headache of traffic congestion should be addressed in many aspects. Subsidizing the cost of fares is not a good solution to reduce vehicles on the roads.

Bạn thấy phần nào cụ thể khó cải thiện? Mình thấy kĩ năng viết của bạn đã lên tay khá nhiều từ bài đầu tiên mình chữa cho bạn. Thực ra thì các bài gần đây của bạn đều ở mức top band nhưng vì mình không muốn học viên chủ quan và cũng để làm động lực cho các bạn chăm chỉ luyện tập nên khá “keo kiệt” cho việc chấm điểm. Tuy nhiên thì bạn đừng buồn lòng về việc luôn được một số điểm nhất định và không cao hơn nhé vì chỉ cần trau truốt bài viết thêm một chút nữa thôi là sẽ xuất sắc đó.Nếu bạn cảm thấy cần các bạn CTV khác chữa bài cho ngoài mình thì mình có thể báo lại với ban quan trị để xem xét đề nghị của bạn nha :)

Oh no no, mình thấy rất thích bạn chữa cho mình :-) nói chung mình thấy từ vựng khó cái thiện với mấy cái lỗi ngữ pháp lặt vặt cứ gặp hoài ý. Tại mình cũng đi làm cả ngày nên cũng ít thời gian học từ, già rồi nó ko vào đầu được nữa ý. Hehe. Bạn cứ tiếp tục chữa cho mình nhé. Độ đến t9 mình thi. Đợt tới mình học từ và luyện speaking thêm.

Bạn có thể cân nhắc sử dụng trang web Oxford Dictionary online, đặc biệt là phần “Thesaurus” để tìm từ đồng nghĩa và trái nghĩa áp dụng từ vụng phong phú hơn nha. Mình có để link ở dưới. Ngoài ra thì ozdic là từ điển collocations và phrasal verbs giúp bạn kết hợp cụm từ hợp lí và tốt hơn nha.
Bạn cũng có thể tìm đọc quyển Oxford idioms và phrasal verbs có cả exercise đi kèm để mở rộng vốn thành ngữ và phrasal verbs đặc biệt có ích cho kĩ năng nói và bài Speaking của IELTS nói riêng nha. Quyển này cũng được thiết kế phù hợp cho việc tự học mở rộng song song với khoá học online của IELTS Planet! Mình có kèm ảnh ở đây bạn có thể tìm bản online trên mạng hoặc mua ở các hiệu sách nha:
