Task 2:
It is believed that the most effective way to secure an ideal job is to to get a tertiary certificate. However, others argue that practical experience is a better option. In my opinion, both further education and experience are equally important. It depends mostly on the job requirement.
On the one hand, it is true that getting a college degree could ensure to have various career opportunities. Some certain professions only accept who possess a set of skills as well as detailed study that only provided in the university. For example, doctors, lawyers, engineers, scientists must have the college degree to prove that they have been equiped comprehensive knowledge of the subject that can satisfy the career requirement. Therefore, it is essential to have a university certificate to follow these highly respectful jobs.
On the other hand, there are some professions that focus more on practical experience rather than educational background. Take the entrepreneurship as an example, this job demand a variety experiences range from how to handle unexpected situations to how to negotiate with the cooperators. Many entrepreneurers do not continue to study further, for instance, Bill Gates, the co-foundation of Microsoft cooperation or Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple. Indeed, one does not need to hold an university degree to open a shop or a restaurant.
In conclusion, it depends on the requirement of each careers to determine the best way to get a job. Some certain sectors require higher educational degree, while other jobs are more concentrate on practical experience.Kindly check!
