      Nowadays, adolescent in developed countries tend to use their time to join voluntary activities to help people in developing countries. There are a number of reasons for this trend, which brings many benefits for both individuals and poor nations.
      There are two important reasons why the young people choose this practice. Firstly, they can have a chance to take part in practical experience which no school can teach them. Doing unpaid work such as teaching children or building house for poor people will help them understand more about life and human, improve themselves to become a good citizen. Secondly, knowledge the younger man is learnt will be an advantage when he apply a job. Any employer also need a person who has many experience not only from school but also from social life. A voluntary is also person who know listening and sharing, ready to work enthusiastically, those are qualities which employer need from students.
      It is undoubted that both the young volunteers and poor countries could have equally benefits from phenomenon. About the young people, the meaning works bring them not only unforgettable life lesson but also relationship with friend in foreign country. They grow gradually more mature and confident. Besides that, they have a chance to discover new culture and people, study good thing to develop their country. In regards to developing countries, they may have both free labour and finance from wealthy countries when the international student help them. Moreover, these countries can introduce landscape to promote travelling.
      In conclusion, there are more and more reasons why the young people choose unpaid jobs in poor countries in short time. However, we cannot negate that actions of adolescent bring many benefits for themselves and everyone in poor countries.
