It’s an “IELTS certificate”, not a passport. Since everyone who takes the test will receive a test report form (a certificate) regardless of the results, you should have said: “Please help me get good IELTS results” or “Please help me achieve a high IELTS score band.”

Bạn cố gắng đọc nhiều văn bản học thuật để quen với cách viết của người ta thì sẽ viết tự nhiên hơn thôi. Đừng dựa vào nghĩa tiếng Việt của một từ để sử dụng nó trong bài mà phải xem cách sử dụng từ đó trong từ điển Anh – Anh (dùng nó trong ngữ cảnh nào, nó hay đi cùng với từ nào, nó hay xuất hiện ở thì gì…).
