Chào bạn, mình hiểu ý của bạn trong đoạn này. Trước tiên mình sẽ giải thích lại câu đã chữa. “from 1990 to 2010” và “dủing the period of 20 years” về nghĩa giống nhau, bạn nên chỉ chọn 1 trong 2 cụm này thôi. Khi bạn dùng “reach the lowest point”, vì nó là “điểm thấp nhất”, nên nó chỉ có 1, không thể dùng “from…to…” được. Vì trong cả một giai đoạn, nếu viết “from… to…” sẽ khó xác định dữ liệu thấp nhất khi nào. Đó là lý do mình thêm “in???” là số năm mà dữ liệu thấp nhất.
Nếu viết theo ý của bạn thì mình phải thêm cụm từ so sánh với các nước khác “in comparison with other countries” để làm rõ ý của mình hơn. “In contrary, only Qatar is predicted to experience a slight fluctuation throughout the period. Hoặc:
“In contrast, this country is perdicted to have the least oil production in comparison with others, fluctuating around 3 millions per day during the 20-year-period/ throughout the period”.

I totally agree with the correction. There are some unnecessary grammatical errors in your essay that would turn your score down. You have to notice and remember what noun is uncountable or not.
