The diagram illustrates the processing of manufacturing tomato ketchup. Overal, the process consists 15 steps from picking tomatoes by farmers to enjoying it with dish

The initial step is one the tomatoes have picked and put in basket, the farmer immediately classified them into good and bad ones. From here, the fresh ones have been selected to send into the factory. At this point, skin,seeds and stalk have been removed from the vegetables, they are then filled into containers, which crush them into liquid form. After the crushed stage, some ingredients such as salt, sugar and vinegar can be adđe and subsequently boiled. Having been left for two hours, the ketchup is now already poured into the bottle

In order to fulfill the tomato sauce, first of all, the bottle should be labelled and packed into boxes under the strict control on quality . Consequently, they are loaded onto lorries, which takes the boxes of ketchup bottle to supermarkets. The final step is that tomato ketchup bottles reach the end customers and are served together with hamburger and fries.
