The bar chart show how many residents and non-residents come into the city by car. Overallm people live in the city center was lower than non-residents between 1996 and
in 1996, the number of residents, at around 10000 cars was twice as high as than of non- residents, at 5000 cars. while the figure for residents balance between 1996 and 1999, at respective from 9000 and 10000 cars. that for non-residents increased dramatically and peak at 8000 vehicles.
Between 1990 and 2000, there was a parking meter introduced into city center. because of new building, the number for non-residents and residents decreased sightly and remained above in the next three years, at respectively around 8000 and 5000 cars. because westgate street and park lane close to traffic between 2002 and 2003, the both number of residents and non-residents decreased fast at around between 3000 and 5000 cars in period 3 years.
