It is true that in many serious issues which the world faces every day, I believe that economy crisis is the most important factor that has strong and deep impact to the other problems. In 2012, the world economy was continuous crisis-ridden that beginning from 2009 as a result of American real estate policy.
In the one hand, there are two main reasons in order to state economy is the most important than the other such as environment, political stability. Firstly, in many countries the government had to change in the sort period however the economic and society remained constant. For example, in Thailand within 5 years from 2008 to 2011 the prime minister was changed 5 times but Thailand’s economic growth rate was higher than that of Viet Nam. Furthermore, the strategy of any governments or parties always desire leading country to the higher position than the other country also bring liberty, high income and happiness to all citizens. Governments has to solve all problems such as environment, poverty and so on. However the most priority is economic development.
In the other hand, economic crisis was unexpected even, there are many reasons why the crisis happened and a lot of negative effects to society. Starting first with lowering the interest rate by the Federal Reserve which later resulted in the financial crisis. Besides, many companies were merged or bankrupt, and also there was decline significantly in the most of production and retail system. For example, in China more than 10 million migrant workers lost their jobs. In the meantime, unemployment’s rates in the US also “shot up to 7.2% in December from its recent low of 4.4% in March 2007
From what has been discussed above, I can draw the conclusion that numerous governments and international financial organizations should to work together to cross over this globe economic crisis and restrict in financial management.
